Coordinator, Ticket Operations
Position Description:
Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants.

Major/Essential Functions:
Assist fans and donors with the purchasing of single, mini-plan, and season tickets via phone and walk-up sales.
Assist managers with event setup, game day operations, and event reconciliation as needed.
Assist ticket operations staff with creating invoices and mailing them to fans and donors.
Coordinate the daily printing and mailing of single, mini-plan, and season tickets.
Manage game day operations of selected Texas Tech Athletic events and provide assistance in other assisted sports, including post-game summaries, attendance, and sales reports.
Process mail daily, including receiving and tracking payments in the ticketing database.
Provide a high level of customer service to fans and donors.
Assist in various office projects and provide additional administrative assistance in the office as needed.
Comply with all NCAA, Big 12, and Texas Tech University rules, regulations, and policies.
Ability to work nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Two or more years of experience in ticket sales or ticket operations
Ticket Software/Paciolan software experience
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to adapt to a quickly changing work environment
