The annual base salary for this position is $121,977.36.Director II and#150; Regional Director (Long-term Care Regulation)Provides direct oversight of all long-term care regulatory activities provided by HHS Regulatory Service Division throughout the region. Manages all services related to planning, executing, and coordinating a program for the licensing and regulation of nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, day activity and health services, ICFs/IID, home health agencies and hospice agencies. Also directs oversight of life safety code compliance measurement for all facility-based regulated providers. This position will plan, execute, and coordinate regulation and certification activities for the Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) waiver programs. This position oversees Provider Investigation (PI) units who conduct abuse, neglect, and exploitation investigations.The state of Texas offers many benefits to employees.
