Independent Contractor/1099 Position

Must have the following to apply:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Eight (8) years of experience with residential or commercial construction
• Experience running the day-to-day activities of a construction site
• Previous experience working with medical facility construction is preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend building and site construction plans
• Valid Class A CDL
• Current knowledge of OSHA requirements, construction scheduling, and ADA codes
• Ability to translate information from site/building plans and communicate that information to crew personnel and subcontractors
• Dedicated work ethic, with a track record of operating with integrity
• Verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Time management and project organization skills
• Proven safety track record, with the ability to review jobsites for potential safety hazards and determine appropriate corrective actions
• Verifiable history of bringing projects to completion on time and within budget, while maintaining workmanship that conforms to all specifications
• Ability to work weekends/after hours and travel as needed
• ICRA Certification desired

**Required Screenings/Tests: No drug test/screen, background checks, or assessment test listed.

**Job Description: This role will oversee day-to-day operations for the companys containment projects throughout the Greater Tampa area, including determining and coordinating project labor needs, gathering materials, transporting equipment to project site, overseeing installation and/or wall removals, inventory management and accompanying Account Executive on site visits as needed. This position will work closely with the companys Tampa Owner.
