The Permeate Operator is responsible for the processing of permeate into high quality deproteinized whey powder. \$24.37/hour \$1.50 Shift Differential Double Time on Sundays and holidays 2-2-3 Rotational Schedule 6:00 am - 6:00 pm 6:00 pm - 6:00 am What you need to join our team: Ability to walk, stand, bend and lift up to 50 lbs. Perform accurate hourly checks on assigned equipment and make any necessary adjustments to keep product within customer and organization specifications. Machines Include: Evaporator, Fluid Bed, and Packaging. Checks include: flow rates, temperatures, system pressures, pH, fans speeds, amps readings, moisture, and percent solids. Shutdown, clean, and start up assigned machines on a daily basis or when required. Set up line circuits, silos, and tanks to be CIPed and set up backup for production as required. Load and unload outgoing and incoming trailers. Types of trailers include: Dry cargo, bulk powder, and liquid tanks. Complete needed quality checks for Water Quality, Chemical Concentration, and Foot Formers. Complete tasks as required in the Master Sanitation Schedule.
