Seasonal/Temporary work from 3/9/25 - 12/1/25

Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties such as: Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions; Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery for cultivating, planting, spraying, watering, harvesting, moving, storing crops; Operate or tend large, high horsepower farm equipment (much of which is equipped with GPS) used in agricultural production such as tractor, combine, sprayer, planter, grain cart, tillage tool to produce crops such as rice, cotton, soybeans, wheat; Adjust farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions; Drive truck to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farmworkers; Level land; Irrigate soil and maintain ditches or pipes and pumps; Assess crop maturity and field conditions.

In view of the statutorily established basic function of the ES as a no-fee labor exchange, that is, as a forum for bringing together employers and job seekers, neither the ETA nor the SWAs are guarantors of the accuracy or truthfulness of information contained on job orders submitted by employers.
