Shifts, Pay, and Benefits: Full Time Night Shift: Sunday through Wednesday or Monday through Thursday (4-ten hour shifts), 7:30 pm or 9:00 pm start times Pay starting at $19.40/hourwith three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $20.60/hour + $1/hour for night shift roles +$1/hour for powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators* Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage startsday one 18 paid time off days and 6 company holidays per year 6% 401(k) company contribution each pay period Employee discounts, parental leave, and more Safety shoes provided You Will Report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and have regular interaction with other team members. Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks, e.g. unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing, with strong attention to detail Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team You Have Comfort working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age Able to continuously lift, slide and lower packages up to 50 pounds and may frequently weigh up to 75 pounds Must be able to work at various elevated stations throughout the DC. Able to operate computerized scanning equipment.
