The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Call Center/account management within a call center, exceptional phone etiquette, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Key responsibilities include overseeing service delivery to meet or exceed client expectations, resolving client concerns promptly, and developing strategic account management plans. The role also includes collaborating with call center teams, managing client onboarding, and working with staff on best practices. Responsibilities
Client Management: Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication.
Service Oversight: Ensure call center services meet or exceed client expectations.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns promptly.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on account performance metrics.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account management plans aligned with company and client goals.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with call center teams to ensure they meet client requirements.
Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients.
Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations and renewals.
Training: Take constructive feedback on best practices and phone etiquette.
Feedback Implementation: Collect and act on client feedback to improve services.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and performance.
