Fast Track Region 6 Convenience Store Assistant Manager - Madison in MADISON, Florida
Provide consistent operations support, superior customer service, and control all company assets including cash in store inventory, while maintaining a clean, well-stocked, safe and friendly environment. Perform training and supervision Customer Sales Associates and various management level duties. Assist manager in the store operation and provide support in the daily administration of company policies and procedures as they relate to established customer service goals and financial objectives
- Demonstrate all of the qualities of a Lead Customer Sales Associate on a consistent basis
- Be able to work flexible schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Have knowledge and understanding of labor costs, staffing, and managing time reports.
- Have knowledge and understanding of inventory costs and maintain appropriate controls to limit audit shortages. Understand and react to competitors gas price changes in accordance with company policies.
- Be able to order from and/or contact vendors- when, who and how. Understand ordering and adjusting inventory to build to/inventory levels.
- Be able to complete the following new hire preliminary interviews, employee consultations (reviewed by management, with manager present) and scheduling.
- Knowledge and enforcement of all Brand and Company requirements-formulas, policies, promotions, new products, etc.
- Enforcement of All Fast Track Company Policies equally and fairly with all employees.
- Must Always project a positive image and attitude towards company policies, philosophies, other employees, customers, and vendors at all times. Any comments, suggestions, or challenges in reference to Company, Management or any Customer Sales Associates need to be addressed with next higher level of management.
- Provide management continuity in absence of store manager, assuming manager level responsibility and day to day store operations including daily deposits processed and secured in safe before store opens, deposits to bank daily, change orders, paperwork, reports, and computer transmissions to home office within two hours of store opening.
- Working knowledge and understanding of Profit and Loss Statements and Budgets.
