Inbound and Outbound Customer Service representative- located in Canton, Michigan.

Full-time schedule, with varying hours as this is a nation-wide program: some weekends as the call center is open 7 days-a week.

Inbound calls will consist of customers seeking repair advice and parts for these repairs. There is also a click-to-chat program to assist customers with these requests, updates on orders, and other related requests.

You will be responsible for setting the pathway for an exceptional customer experience. Utilizing strong interpersonal communications, professional manners, empathy, and a desire to help. You will be asked to grow your industry knowledge, becoming the trusted advisor that incoming clients count on to kick off their customer journey.

Computer skills, customer service skills, and multi-tasking ability are required.
