Job Summary

At SuperATV we are working to WOW our customers with innovative, race-tested products and world-class customer service. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Marketplace Manager to take ownership of our sales strategy across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our product listings on these platforms, from creation and optimization to account health and customer service.

Primary Duties

• Create compelling and optimized product listings for Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, adhering to each platform's specific guidelines.

• Conduct keyword research to ensure listings rank highly in platform search results for relevant terms (platform SEO).

• Continuously monitor and improve listing performance based on data and analytics.

• Maintain a positive account health standing on all platforms, ensuring compliance with their policies and regulations.

• Proactively identify and address any potential issues that could impact account standing.

• Stay up-to-date on platform updates and policy changes.

• Manage advertising agency.

• Work closely with the Shipping department to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment for FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) orders on Amazon.

• Manage Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) logistics on Amazon, maintaining high fulfillment performance metrics.

• Collaborate with the existing customer service team to address customer inquiries and concerns related to marketplace orders.

• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience within the marketplace environment.

• Develop and implement strategies to proactively address customer needs and maintain high satisfaction ratings.

• Analyze sales data and marketplace trends to identify opportunities for growth on each platform.

• Develop and implement a data-driven marketplace strategy aligned with overall business goals.

• Stay informed about industry best practices and new marketplace features, recommending improvements to our marketplace approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing product listings on online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, and/or Walmart preferred).

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including product listing optimization, search engine algorithms, and fulfillment processes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  Bonus Points

• Experience with Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) on Amazon.

• Experience managing customer service for marketplace orders.

Education / Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing product listings on online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, and/or Walmart preferred).
