Mississippi Employer Poultry Production _ Night Shift in Madison, Mississippi

Knowledge of food processing. The use of knives, scissors, and saws. Must be able to stand on concrete floor for 8 hours or more, be able to stack tubs, lift boxes weighing 40 to 70 lbs. Be able to sort and styling meat on a belt. Ability to work in cold environment of 40 to 45 degrees. Will perform various duties during the process of poultry to include evisceration. Will work - 11:45 pm until 8:15 am. Sunday thru Thursday night.

As a Poultry Production Worker you will: • Cutting, Trimming and Packing Poultry • Using knives, cleavers, meat saws, bandsaws or other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming • Clean, trim, slice and section carcasses for future processing • Cut and trim meat to prepare for packing • Remove parts such as skin, feathers, scales or bones from carcass • Promote a safe work environment and commitment to a safe workplace for all • Perform other projects, initiatives and tasks as directed by leadership.
