Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with the Site Performance Work Statement (PWS) and other contractual requirements.

  • Establish and maintain resource allocation plans.

  • Lead program risk and opportunity management process.

  • Provide an effective customer interface.

  • Act as the primary customer contact for program activities including briefings to senior customer management.

  • Provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring to employees and functional leads (Contracts, Business Management, Quality Assurance, etc.).

  • Provide oversight and coordination of subcontractors.

  • Meet program financial goals as established by senior management.

  • Ensure program compliance with OSHA requirements.

Skills:

  • Possess the ability to provide/execute comprehensive management of the Program while interacting daily with Program Management and customers at a high level.

  • Detailed knowledge of maintenance practices and protocols is required.
