This is a Senior Manager Execution Proofreader Remote position.

Job Summary: As a Senior Manager Execution Proofreader, you will support the quality functions of TNC's Membership Department through proofreading, auditing, and escalating findings. We're looking for someone with proofreading experience who is comfortable working in a data driven environment. The ideal candidate should have exceptional attention to detail, problem solving skills, and an eye for innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing mission of conservation by shaping and elevating the work of our team.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent combination. Experience proofreading business or technical documentation. Experience supervising staff, interns, and/or volunteers. Experience managing and implementing multiple projects. Experience negotiating across a variety of functional stakeholders. Experience with current and evolving technology in marketing automation or data management. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Experience, coursework, or other training in principles and practices of process review and development.

Additional Info: Requires travel to in-person events, estimated at up to 8 times per year, as determined by the department lead or manager in support of Membership, functional team, professional development, project, and other work-related activities. Work requires possible minor physical exertion and/or physical strain. Work environment involves possible exposure to outdoors or disagreeable elements.

SALARY INFORMATION: The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $73,400 - $108,100 for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges.
