About the role

This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major account and client technical initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Build & maintain routine facilities and Maintenance Excellence Program reports, including work orders, PMs, calibration and training

  • Use aggregate data from multiple sources to create a complex complete evaluation and improvement.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for key systems and processes including providing knowledge transfer to teams.

  • Collaborate with personnel from other departments to implement successful project implementation and process improvements.

  • Review the accuracy of information provided and answer requests from management, our clients, and project teams.

  • Adjust project timeline based on info and input from other team members and rectify schedule slippage or other program-related issues.

  • Provide formal help and training to maintenance staff regarding Maintenance Excellence Program.

  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.

  • Work with and develop standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and deadlines.

  • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

What you’ll need

  • Good written and verbal presentation skills. Able to present information with ease.

  • Advanced computer skills with MS Office, Excel, CMMS, calibrations software and SQL/VBA

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

  • Bilingual Spanish, Portuguese or German is a plus
