We are currently hiring an Outage Support Services Manager role within our Americas Outage and Maintenance Services division. This position is a customer service-oriented role that will function as the leader of a dynamic team built to address the set-up and maintenance of master data within SAP and with the administrative activities needed to ensure appropriate personnel assignments and contract details for payroll processing and invoice creation. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader who understands how to guide, support, and assess team members with various levels of experiences and skills related to the function, while also learning new concepts and processes quickly. The manager must be an excellent communicator across functions and organization hierarchies and be comfortable collaborating with others to get to the best outcome.

Your Day to Day: Lead the Outage Support Services team Set clear priorities and expectations for set-up and maintenance of master data connected to the Bid to Bank process in SAP and in the set-up and management of SAP Projects and personnel assignments via a custom solution Support the site administration teams in completing required activities according to the DOR Assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving systems and process issues according to SLAs and business requirements Collaborate across business segments to optimize services and processes to support seasonal Outages Provide regular status reporting to senior leadership regarding the activities of the team

Who You Are: BA/BS in business, engineering or other related discipline. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. 7-10 years of relevant business experience Technical Skills: Understanding of the SAP Bid to Bank workflow SAP Project Systems application, including the set-up and management of projects, WBS, Cost Networks and cost reporting SAP Master data management experience for contracts, rate tables and job codes PowerBI business analytics capabilities and requirements definition Bid to Bank related functionality, including the access and review of Sales Orders and Releases, creation and management of Project Systems, and reporting related to project costs, revenue and profitability. Custom Processes understanding, application, assessment, and design, as needed to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the Bid to Bank process.

Attention to Detail: Ability to review and validate data across multiple systems and identify errors Collaboration: Comfortable working with other cross-functional leaders and teams Solution Oriented: Capable of moving issues to resolution, following processes, and troubleshooting.
