The Opportunity An exciting opportunity is available for a sales professional to join the Singlewire team. As part of our team, you will be a highly visible team member responsible for the outreach to our client base with the goal of upselling additional software and driving high renewals. You will also be responsible for navigating assigned opportunities to closure. This position is located in our home office in Madison, WI and is an awesome opportunity to grow and succeed in the software technology industry! Job Description We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and articulate team player to join our Singlewire Sales team as an Account Manager. The candidate will be responsible for direct outreach and engagement with our customers. You will also be responsible for owning the closure of assigned opportunities. Qualified candidates should be self-starters with proven track records of success in their professional and personal or collegiate lives. They should be excited about Software Technology (SaaS), customer service and have interest in joining a fast-paced organization in high-tech. Responsibilities Create a fantastic first impression to customers and prospects and build a solid pipeline Navigating assigned opportunities to closure Organize and categorize sales related information into Salesforce Focus on building a great team environment for a fun and energetic atmosphere Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business Ability to understand customer requirements and identify Singlewire solutions to fulfill Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Excellent written skills and naturally articulate Ability to Demonstrate and explain the value proposition of our software Passion for developing a career in a technology sales 1 to 2 years of Sales or internship experience (Software/Saas a plus) Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets Outstanding time management skills High energy team player Goal-oriented At Singlewire, we believe what we do really matters.
