In this role you will: Assign appropriate account coding and enter vendor invoices in a timely manner. Match purchase order and packing slip to vendor invoices and research and resolve any variances. Produce and verify weekly vendor payments, via multiple payment methods. For some vendors, obtain billing data from company websites. Obtain appropriate approvals on invoices. Pay invoices and reimbursements in accordance with Company policies. Manage and process monthly reconciliation of company credit cards. Communicate effectively with vendors and other departments. Create and maintain vendor data files. Respond to questions via email, phone, or in person from internal and external parties. Maintain documentation of checks and payments, including digital storage of documentation. You should have: High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks both effectively and efficiently. Problem solving skills. Excellent data entry skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
