JOB REQUIREMENTS: Edgewood College seeks qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Coach serving as one of three assistants for the Softball program. This is a twelve-month part time position. Responsibilities: Investment in lives and growth of student-athletes Assisting head coach in all phases of student-athlete mentoring and evaluation Recruiting Practice Planning Ability to participate in practice and drills Instruction and assistance with camps Enhancement of our fundraising efforts Desire to participate in team community service opportunities Other administrative duties as assigned. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates should also have collegiate playing experience, advanced skill and/or college coaching experience.
