Manage programs, projects, and strategies that advance the organization's corporate community and social impact vision, including internal programs, charitable giving, strategic sponsorships, and social impact investing. You will serve as a liaison with external community and social impact organizations and internal partners to ensure community and social impact activities are authentically reflected both within and outside of the organization.

Position Compensation Range:

$47,840.00 - $74,000.00

Primary Accountabilities

• Work with team on deployment of day to day operations of the organization's community and social impact programs and initiatives.

• Assist with and manages administrative functions and customer support for the charitable and philanthropic work, as well as programmatic work.

• Serve as point of contact with internal and external working groups, and committees associated with programmatic initiatives, as well as outside vendors to ensure programs offered function efficiently and support the advancement of the strategy.

• Participate in completion and communication of program metrics and reporting.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.

• Demonstrated experience with project planning assistance and coordination.

• Demonstrated experience with launching/overseeing programmatic based initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience in working with community focused/charitable organizations. Demonstrated experience with philanthropic and business assistive software and interfacing with general information technology principles and security standards.

• Demonstrated analytical presentations.

• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
