JOB REQUIREMENTS: Associate IT Service Process Analyst Job Locations US-WI-Madison ID 2024-2127 Category Information Technology Type Regular Full-Time Overview Quartz is seeking an Associate IT Service Process Analyst to join our IT Service Process and Solution Delivery team! This individual will be responsible for maintaining existing Core IT service management process documentation, producing and analyzing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, plan and implement process improvements in collaboration with leaders/analysts, administering service management processes, etc. Benefits: Full-time hybrid or in person option available. Ideal starting salary based on skills and experience: \$55,300 - \$69,200 + robust total rewards package. Responsibilities Maintain and Administer IT Service Management processes including but not limited to change, incident, knowledge and problem management disciplines. Maintains all associated and relevant documentation throughout the lifecycle. Create reports, run analytics, and provide system-driven metrics used by leaders and service owners. Conducts reviews for trending, escalating issues to leaders. Coordinates recommendations and documentation for improvement areas and associated work plans. Collaborate with service owners and teams to gather and document adherence to service management processes. Understands and documents current state. Works with team to develop system design specifications and visuals of desired state. Participates in team activities for gap and change analysis, coordinates and documents recommendation to service owners and teams for opportunities and changes. Provides support to teams during implementation within the service management or collaboration system(s) to support desired state. Coordinates review of deliverables with service owners and analysts to ensure quality delivery. Assists in the communication of changes to a broad, end-user audience, ensuring issues, service interruptions, and changes are clearly understood. Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the service or organization. Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree with 0+ years of experience or Associates Degree with 3+ years of experience supporting or maintaining technology systems and/or processes or High School Equivalency with 6+ years of expereince supporting or maintaining technology systems and/or processes Expereince working with service management tools and processes Demonstrated understanding of IT Infrastructure Library and IT Service Management Principles Experience working with ServiceNow is preferred This position can work hybrid or on-site...
