JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team at Wisconsin Financial Services, an established income tax and insurance agency. As a pivotal member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our diverse clientele. Provide outstanding service to clients in both English and Spanish, addressing inquiries related to income tax filing, insurance policies, and financial services. Receive ad process payments, input data into web based insurance programs. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system. Work closely with our tax preparers, insurance agents, and financial advisors to coordinate client services and ensure seamless customer experience. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and agency policies to maintain confidentiality and safeguard client information. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential. Previous experience in customer service. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
