MEDICA HEALTH PLANS Broker Experience Representative in MADISON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Medica\'s Broker Experience Representative troubleshoots operations issues and supports Brokers through the sales process. This individual will triage questions related to marketing, enrollment, commissions, etc. Qualifications: Minimum requirement is HS diploma 2+ years of work experience within customer service, health insurance and/or broker service required Medicare, IFB, or Commercial knowledge required Skills and Abilities: Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and part of a team Strong communication and follow-up skills Issue resolution experience Proven ability to build and foster positive relationships This position can be a fully remote or Hub role. A Hub role requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the Minnetonka, Madison, or Omaha office for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership. The full salary range for this position is- \$39,500 - \$67,700. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position\'s scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
