JOB REQUIREMENTS: Building Operations Coordinator - 32630 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, day shift. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Building Operations Coordinator to: * Serve as the primary contact for building occupants\' facilities-related concerns. * Assist with building orientation, tours, and training. * Perform building inspections of interior public spaces, create work orders, and track completion. Four (4) years of combined education (Associate degree) and work experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor\'s degree in addition to experience listed below. Preferred - Bachelor\'s degree in business, Healthcare, Hospitality management or related field.
