Our client is seeking a Call Center Representative to join their team! As a Call Center Representative, you will be supporting the organization in educating and guiding customers to find the information they need in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have an infectious personality, the compassion to help people, and organizational skills.

Job Title: Call Center Representative

Location: Madison, WI

Pay Range: $22-24/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Inbound and Outbound calls to customers assisting with benefits and other compensation questions

  • Providing great Customer Service and giving our customers a 5-star experience.

  • Entering and maintaining detailed notes in electronic customer files/jobs

  • Participate in continued professional training

  • Other miscellaneous duties as deemed necessary by management

What’s Needed?

  • Positive, empathetic and team-first attitude

  • Dispatch/call center/customer service experience

  • Willingness to learn and be coached

  • Knowledge of general customer service principles and practices

  • Basic computer and data entry skills

  • Dependable and reliable

  • Interpersonal, communication, listening, problem-solving, multi-tasking skills

  • High school diploma or higher level of education
