JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The Department of Psychiatry is excited to announce an opening on our expanding team of psychiatrists in the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Division. In this dynamic position, you will have the opportunity to provide psychiatric care to a variety of pediatric patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as some adult outpatient coverage. Additionally, you will have the chance to take part in the educational objectives of The University of Wisconsin-Madison, School of Medicine and Public Health by supervising and building a mentor/mentee relationship with a variety of learners, including residents and fellows. Responsibilities: Provide psychiatric care for a variety of pediatric and/or adult patients (90%): -Provide care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. -Service on appropriate department and medical school committees. -Participate in other department teaching activities. -Share in call schedules. Provide supervision, mentorship, and teaching (10%): -Supervise, mentor, and teach psychiatric residents, psychology interns and medical students.
