Our benefits Include: On-site restaurant Volunteer Time Off Paid Time Off Health/Dental/Vision Insurance 401(k) Position Summary The Distribution Center Workflow Coordinator is responsible for regulating the timely and strategic assigning of available orders to be selected and staged for Shipping to maintain an appropriately stable Outbound operational workflow. Assist with the prompt, accurate, and professional response to onsite customer demands as they arise with a proactive approach. Emphasis shall be placed on positive Same Day Service outcomes through coordination, teamwork, and collaboration with other team members and leadership. Work hour requirements: Monday: 8:00am - 6:30pm Tuesday: 8:00am - 5:30pm Wednesday - Friday: 8:00am - 3:30pm *Schedule is subject to change, looking for flexibility.* Essential Job Functions: Ensure daily workflow operation is optimal while immediately communicating exceptions to leadership. (Issues and concerns surrounding safety; staffing; technical setbacks; material handling, or any other abnormalities). Confirm Same-Day-Service goals are met daily. Demonstrate consistent and predictable attendance. Work closely with and coordinate workflow with team leads and supervisors. Communicate progress to leadership as appropriate throughout the day. Utilize respectful and professional dialog in all verbal and written intra and interdepartmental exchanges. Be prepared for and participate in department meetings. Ensure adequate housekeeping to provide a clean, safe, efficient, and pleasant work environment. Plan for procedural or system updates and assist with providing necessary training for team members as needed. Know the performance expectations for order selection production on a team and individual level, compared to the actual outcome. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Required Education and Experience High School Diploma, or equivalent. 3+ years of experience within distribution center operational environments or equivalent experience. 1+ years of experience in Customer Service. 1+ years of training experience. Preferred Education and Experience 1 + years of experience within order selection. Previous forklift experience preferred. Qualifications Fluent understanding of same-day service and workflows.
