About the Role:
This role will be a key member of the Global Field Strategy and Analytics team; they will work closely with Field Operations leadership to develop cross-functional strategic recommendations and help drive implementation plans. We are looking for a Sales Ops & Strategy lead to serve as the business partner supporting our Global OEM business. This role will not only drive business critical initiatives to improve performance and efficiency of the Embedded sales motion, but also provide vital sales metrics, in-depth business analytics and recommendations to the leadership team. The ideal candidate is a leader that has both strong analytical and communication skills.
The role requires a deep understanding of the go-to-market business functions, including “sell-through” motions through strategic partners, to effectively bridge the data and business decisions needed for success and prior experience with complex GTM challenges. A background in a pre-sales and post-sales customer business and a growth-oriented global SaaS business is essential, and recent experience with a consumption-based model is highly desired.
What You Will Do:
Understand the complexities of GTM models, especially OEM, ISV and MSP scale drivers, and help determine the most efficient route to higher growth
Be the pathfinder who develops a data-based perspective on a complex problem, is able to convince others of your beliefs, and can lead in the initial stages of implementation.
Develop outstanding key internal stakeholder relationships across Product, Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and Finance.Business partnership and collaboration with all sales leaders (incl cross-functional leaders and teams)
Annual fiscal planning - Sales coverage, territory carving and quota setting
Weekly forecast and pipeline analytics & cadences
Sales methodology and sales processes standardization, adoption and refinement
Field communications, In-depth business analytics, and recommendations to leadership team
Tracking and management of royalty reporting and the seller crediting process
What You Will Bring:
BA/BS degree preferred
4-6 years of relevant experience; prior experience in Sales, Sales Operations or Sales Strategy preferably in a SaaS/cloud company
Working knowledge of consumption-based SaaS organizationsThe ability to build high-performance cross-functional teams
Exceptional, demonstrable track record of program execution, change management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to deliver results
Familiarity with GTM motions through partner ecosystem in SaaS and/or Cloud markets
A high degree of self-motivation fostered in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environment
Strong executive presence: communication (verbal, written, presentation) and facilitation skills with experience engaging and partnering at all levels internally and with key external stakeholders
Experience with Salesforce.com CRM functionalities and advanced modeling skills with excel / g-sheets required
Endless curiosity and a need to dive deeper for understanding
Ability to display diplomatic and remarkable interpersonal skills with colleagues and other partners

This position has an annual estimated salary of $128,700 - $151,200, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
