ManpowerGroup Help Desk III in Madison, Wisconsin

Our client in the technology industry is seeking a Help Desk III to join their team. As a Help Desk III, you will be part of the IT department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, ability to perform root cause analysis, and prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail.

Job Title: Help Desk III

Location: Madison, WI

Duration: 6+ months (with highly possible extension)

Pay Range: $27-$30 /hr.

What's the Job?

  • Independently perform root cause analysis and issue resolution of complex IT issues related to DFI hardware and software (e.g., Lenovo Laptops, Apple iPhones, MS Windows, M365).

  • Effectively communicate and interact with a variety of customers including executives.

  • Identify, lead, and implement ITSM improvement initiatives based on ITIL and industry best practices.

  • Prioritize and execute tasks with strong attention to detail.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

  • 6 or more years of experience in IT support.

  • Effective and professional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to identify, lead, and implement ITSM improvement initiatives based on ITIL and industry best practices.

  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with strong attention to detail.

  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification or similar, CompTIA A+ certification of similar, or PMP certification or similar (nice to have).
