WHEDA is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our Administration team in our Madison facility. SALARY: Hiring Range for this position is from \$49,085 to \$59,750 Annually. Offered Salary will be based on qualifications and internal pay equity. POSITION OVERVIEW: The position of Lead Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for semi-skilled work in the maintenance and repairs for the WHEDA facility and property. This position serves as the primary contact for WHEDA leadership, internal employees, and tenants of the facility for the building oversight, repair management and the safety and security of its occupants. The Lead Building Maintenance Technician will oversee the work of the building maintenance technicians and performs similar functions as a working Lead. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Ensures all facility and property general maintenance is performed, including assignment to and coaching of building technicians, as well as also performing these duties. Includes, seasonal upkeep of property, drywall repair, painting, and various other tasks. Assigns work to the building maintenance technicians based on work orders received through the work order system. Monitors maintenance inventory, including company vehicles, recommends and orders required equipment, tools, materials, and supplies.
