Carrington Loss Mitigation Reporting Analyst in Madison, Wisconsin

The Loss Mitigation Reporting Analyst will be responsible for evaluation of the reporting and business needs of an assigned department within Loss Mitigation function, identifying resources needed and developing appropriate reporting and/or business solutions to address those needs. Includes, but not limited to acquisitions, new reports, report enhancements, documenting or updating policies, procedures, system developments and process flows. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The Target Pay range for this position is $78,000 to $85,000.
What you'll do:
Provide and build reports to support portfolio productivity.
Identify business reporting needs and determine the appropriate systems and tools to develop reporting solutions to meet those needs.
Function as the subject matter expert and administrator of the departments SharePoint site and manage and develop the tool to continuously improve and enhance the functionality of the site.
Support training and compliance, by creating technical materials, policies, and procedures.
Perform application development, such as user interface to SQL server, to support automation of workflows, improved FTE tracking and management of metrics.
Develop ad-hoc reporting, as business needs require.
Participates in meetings to identify investor or regulatory required changes, analyzes the impact of the changes to the business reporting, policies, process flows and procedures and update accordingly.
Maintain positive working relationship with internal teams and external vendors.
Manage department reports for tracking, projects, rebuilds, and completion of workouts.
Ensure CFPB timelines are met on all workouts within the portfolio.
Works together with the Director, Manager and Supervisors to enhance department workflow and processes.
Develops project scope and schedules and manages throughout program/project lifecycle.
Tracks and manages problems and resolutions.
Responsible for keeping department procedures and process flows current.
Drafts department communications for upper management to distribute to keep BU aware of changes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in Loss Mitigation with a keen understanding of Fiserv and current department workflows.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Effective communicate skills with all levels throughout the organization.
Intermediate to advanced SQL Server and Excel skills.
