Position Details: As a multi-store Manager you will manage all branch store operations (service and operations) for multi-store locations in Madison, WI; consisting of hourly or exempt team members. You will ensureexecution of the Branch Network strategic vision and goals through leadership in the areas of talent management, customer service, sales growth, and cost to serve. You will report to a Sr District Manager. You Will: Oversee a team of 9+ employees with authority to hire and performance manage the team by ensure goals are set and monitored. Oversee operational performance and support all sales growth, Inventory Solutions profitability strategies, and other plans in partnership with Account Managers, Balance operating expenses with higher level of service, while looking for ways to improve processes and remove non-value added activities. Monitor controllable expenses to achieve the assigned expense target. Promote district/region related programs and create an environment that promotes teamwork.
