JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB SUMMARY The Operations Development Manager will play a critical role in partnering with the leadership team in strategic decision-making initiatives impacting business development, operations, Shareholder Services and process improvement.TheOperations Development Manager is astrategic partner of and reports directly to the Director of Franchise Development, is a hands-on and participative manager that assists in the development of the internal team to support overarching Business Development and Operation\'s requirements. Responsible for driving a continuous improvement philosophy throughout the franchise Sales and Operations Management team.The Operations Development Manager must be focused on providing WP Beverages with profitable growth through the sale and distribution of our refreshing beverages, innovative customer focused marketing programs and superior customer service. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES GENERALLY FALL INTO THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES: *Monitor and impact Operations functions for the organization. *Participate in formulating and administering company strategy and initiatives. *Develop and implement programs for standardization of process and continuous improvement. *Work closely and proactively with the Director of Franchise Development to ensure resource allocations are in line with current operational priorities and organizational goals. *Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement. *Monitor performance tracking and establish process improvement measures as needed. *Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short term and long-term objective. *Provide training and mentoring support throughout the sales and operations team. *Provide key insights and support to Shareholders via Shareholder Service functions.
