Job Description
We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Payroll Consultant with overall 10 plus years of IT experience with at least 7+ years of Fusion experience. Must have good understanding of the following Oracle Cloud HCM version 12+ capabilities. We are looking for a Functional person who has real-time hands-on functional/product and/or technical experience; and/or worked with L3 level support; and/or having equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities:
Position is for a Functional Support and enhancements Professional, preferably with implementation background in Oracle Cloud HCM Applications.
Responsibilities include Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into robust specifications and design documents.
Mastery of Payroll configuration and business processes across various Workday Payroll modules such as Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
Provide expert guidance on payroll best practices and process improvements.
Responsible for supporting and leading project tasks. Identify key drivers of a defined problem and propose solutions.
Knowledge in payroll checklists, earnings and deductions, pay groups, general ledger, costing allocations, audit alerts, approval processes, and security rules.
Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust.
Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations.
Should understand the interactions with dependent modules like Absence, OTL, Benefits and Compensation in Implementing Payroll.
Experience in Implementing Absence and Compensation will be desired.
Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills. Required Skills

Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requests. The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a Functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer.
Position is for a Support Analyst with a background in Oracle SAAS Suite of products.
Responsible for customer production support, tracking-incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases.
Key Experience:
10+ Years relevant working experience with 7+ Years in Fusion HCM
Primary module skill required for Payroll
Implementation/Support experience on Cloud HCM Modules like Payroll, OTL, Absence Management, Compensation and Benefits.
Should have knowledge on Federal, Regional and state taxation.
Candidate must have hands on Oracle Payroll and should have supported clients by running the payroll processes.
Strong Customer interactions and service orientation so you can understand customer’s critical situations and accordingly provide the response, and mobilize the organizational resources, while setting realistic expectations to customers.
Strong operations management and innovation orientation so you can continually improve the processes, methods, tools, and utilities.
Ability to travel up to 25%
US Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance to work with Federal customers.

US: Hiring Range: from $37.98 to $76.06 per hour; from $79,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
