JOB REQUIREMENTS: Patient Access Representative - Ambulatory - 36149 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m - 4:30 p.m, Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Patient Access Representative - Ambulatory to: * E nter and verify demographic and insurance information, identify and collect patient financial obligations, and register or admit patients. * Promote a positive patient and family experience, exhibit empathy, engage in compassionate collections, and demonstrate strong communication skills. * Cover a variety of clinic locations and hours as needed.
