JOB REQUIREMENTS: Physical Therapist - Ortho/Spine - 31258 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100 % FTE, 40 hours/week. 8 or 10 -hour day shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM . We are seeking a Physical Therapist to: * Evaluate and treat an orthopedic/spine chronic pain patient population of all ages, develop and guide this patient population through appropriate individualized rehabilitation programs. * Have working knowledge of Pain Neuroscience Education (PNE) to apply to the chronic pain patient population seen in this clinic. Prior experience applying this discipline in practice is preferred. * Efficiently communicate with physician referral sources, and other UW Health departments for care coordination and collaboration. * Work within an interdisciplinary pain management team to continually provide exceptional patient and family centered care. Work Experience : Preferred - Two (2) years prior relevant experience. Licenses and Certifications : Minimum - Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin is required.
