JOB REQUIREMENTS: SUMMARY Beacon Hill is currently hiring a Primary Counselor for one of our top clients in Madison, WI. Master\'s level social workers are highly encouraged to apply. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Primary Counselor is responsible for providing a range of assessment, diagnostic, therapeutic and case management services for individuals with drug and alcohol issues and psychiatric illness and their families. Under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor, services delivered must be consistent with state and federal regulations, the best practice care delivery model, and the general operating philosophy and agency values. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Master\'s Degree in a behavioral health field and at least a 3-letter license (Example: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, LCPC) is required. Must be a Wisconsin License. Will consider LPC-A. 2+ years of relevant experience. 1+ years of post-licensed experience. SAC or SAC-IT is preferred.
