We\'re looking for a smart, self-motivated, and detail-oriented project manager to lead several agile teams that will help design and engineer new safety and notification features for InformaCast. Education Requirements: College grad with at least two years of experience managing software teams and/or has a background working in a technical position. Job Duties: Manage the project lifecycle from start to finish to deliver Singlewire\'s product roadmap for 2-3 agile teams Collaborate closely with product, UX, and development teams to make sure requirements are clearly defined and impediments are removed for the teams Identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks Coach and guide teams in dealing with development issues and foster a continuous improvement cycle Work with the product team to maintain and prioritize team and sprint backlog Lead team meetings such as daily stand-ups, planning meetings, and retrospectives Qualifications and Skills: At least two years leading agile software teams Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Passion for personal growth and continuing education Ability to maintain a positive attitude, even in stressful situations Experience with Jira is preferred but not required Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship At Singlewire, we believe what we do really matters.
