Responsibilities

· Administers proposal development and support through pre-RFP through post-award.

· Assist in the development of trainings and resources, presenting as required.

· Coordinates the internal flow and review of proposal content.

· Tracks all proposal responses and actively engages with our CRM to support the proposal development process and overall data integrity.

· Provides production support on final proposals.

· Creates proposal workplans and Proposal Shell Templates using our proposal automation software.

· Ensures that all proposals submitted are of the highest quality, compliant with proposal requirements, submitted in a timely manner, which includes supporting Proposal Development Managers throughout the process and providing formatting and substantive edits.

· Assists in maintaining the Proposal Center's resources and content library: categorizing, organizing, and maintaining different types of documentation and writings.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe preferred.

  • Experience with proposal automation software and CRM preferred.

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently while also integrating well within a team environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a communications-related field or other related field preferred. Experience with proposal development and/or working with large documents preferred. Advanced experience with MS Word. PowerPoint, Excel, and other applications or experience with AI a plus. Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Illustrator preferred.

Compensation

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $45,000 - $55,000 . In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.
