Position Overview The Application Analyst, SAP FICO will work on business systems design, configuration, upgrades, and improvements for assigned technology platforms. As a primary support contact for application end-users, the Application Analyst will work to identify issues that arise in the application area, as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them. The Application Analyst, SAP FICO will perform impact analysis of desired changes, build and test systems changes, and identify areas of improvement associated with platform performance and opportunities to enable business processes and requirements. Additionally, the Application Analyst, SAP FICO will provide day-to-day end user support for the Plan-to-Report processes, workstreams and applications within SAP and other Finance systems. This includes, but not limited to, research and resolution of technical issues reported by end users, end user training, creation of documentation, and collaboration with global teams and 3rd party support partners. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to review processes, gather, and implement business requirements through system configuration while maintaining compliance with functional, IT and company policies and protocols. They will work closely with the ERP Technical team and Architects to implement solutions, including configuration alignment and/or customizations to accommodate for functionality gaps. This team member will have excellent knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, excellent customer service skills and an eagerness to learn and support the team as nee ded.
