We are seeking a Senior Applications Analyst - Resolute HB / PB to: * Plan and lead projects related to Information Systems in our EMR (electronic medical record) system. * Lead in the development of workflows, system configuration, change documentation and support of operations on application functionality. * Use your excellent communication skills to share information with users within the department and organization. * Have a good understanding of technical infrastructure when applicable such as networking, data interfaces, and server administration. * Provide consultative Information Services advice to departmental and organizational leadership and guiding other employees within the department. Required * Demonstrated success collaborating with operational partners to improve workflows and simplify processes. Required * Demonstrated success improving operational excellence, eliminating waste, and reducing technical and financial debt. Required * Demonstrated success teaching and mentoring. Required * Demonstrated success creating trusted-advisor relationships. Required * Demonstrated success in design, development, configuration, support, and adoption of medium to large-scale solutions using the applications, tools, and platforms relevant to the position Preferred * Three (3) to five (5) years progressively responsible experience in an IS applications field. Preferred * Demonstrated success working on or leading initiatives that use agile methods. Preferred * Experience in information services or technology, direct clinical care, health care operations, or health care administration.
