JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Senior Plumbing Engineer will work closely with Strang\'s integrated team of project engineers, architects, and interior designers on a variety of exciting project types. Working under the direction of the Department Director and in collaboration with Project Managers, you will gain knowledge and experience in all phases of design as well as develop management skills to work with teams of all sizes. This position can be located at one of our regional offices in Wisconsin, with flexibility to work from home. Duties and Responsibilities: This position will work directly with clients and the Strang project team to determine the appropriate Plumbing and Fire Protection systems for the project, including but not limited to: Workload oversight of assigned plumbing staff Feasibility studies, probable cost estimates, Oversee the production of construction documents (plans, details, schedules, specifications), Conduct Quality assessments, and assist with construction administration Adherence to plumbing processes and procedures What you can bring to the team: Professional attitude, ownership of and passion in your work. Committed to mentoring and training others, respect, and loyalty to one another at Strang. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 15 years of experience in designing plumbing and fire protection systems for Science & Technology, Higher Education, Commercial and other complex building types.
