JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The University of Wisconsin Clinical Trials Institute (UW CTI) is a partnership between the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health (SMPH) and UW Health. It supports clinical research professionals, investigators, and participants to advance discovery and research in the prevention, detection, and treatment of disease to help improve the health of individuals, families, and communities across Wisconsin and beyond. Our exceptionally talented workforce provides care, support, and provide information to clinical trials participants; resources, training, and guidance to research professionals; and opportunities for industry partners to advance groundbreaking medical research. Supporting the mission and vision of the UW CTI, the Senior Project Manager will manage strategic, administrative, operational, and quality improvement projects that support clinical trial processes, operations, and infrastructure across UW Health and UW-Madison enterprise. The Senior Project Manager will manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish or one large project impacting the institution at-large under general supervision. The Senior Project Manager works collaboratively with UW CTI leadership, UW CTI customers, and UW / UW Health stakeholders to drive implementation of projects by establishing strategies, approaches, charters, plans and schedules; establishing and developing high-performing teams; improving processes; and implementing solutions to achieve strategic goals that enable expansion of UW CTI services to support clinical research across the system. This role serves as the expert on project management and process improvement within the institute, and provides clear direction on project requirements to meet expectations of UW CTI customers and business stakeholders.
