The CCS Service Facilitator provides community based services to individuals with high level needs across environments including home, school and community. This is a full time, 40 hours a week role with a variety of benefits available to our colleagues! This position also involves the facilitation of school based mental health groups through Madison Metropolitan School District. At this time, MMSD requires vaccination status as part of the group facilitator contract requirements. Under the direction of a Licensed Therapist or qualified Licensed Psychologist, the Service Facilitator performs clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders.
