Position Overview As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for leading Precision Oncology sales activities in the assigned region within the US. Specifically, you will lead a team of sales leaders whose teams are focused on selling select products within the Precision Oncology Portfolio, which could include Oncotype DX, OncoDetect (Molecular Residual Disease), OncoExtra (Comprehensive Genetic Profiling) & RiskGuard (Hereditary Cancer Testing). The main focus of responsibilities include Sales and Commercial Leadership, Business Planning and Execution, Project Management, People Development, and Communication. The Senior Director is expected to continually develop the skills of individuals within their team and ensure that their region produces sales volume at or above the assigned region sales goals. This position is field based. Essential Duties include but are not limited to the following: Provide effective leadership and strategic direction to regional leadership (RM\'s) and respective region ROL\'s to increase demand and ensure access to our product line while staying within approved budget. Establish quality working relationships with key cross-functional departments within Exact Sciences to fully understand and support our mission and goals. Provide insight and feedback to Sales, Marketing, Market Access teams (contracting/pricing), and contribute to future product development strategies. Be well informed on relevant disease states, competition, and outside influences that impact our business; identify emerging opportunities that benefit our business. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures and applicable legal standards and requirements.
