For more information, visit SolomonEdwards Position Summary: Our client is seeking a skilled Testing Project Manager to oversee the execution of pre-written test scripts for SAP 4Hana and BlackLine systems, while managing a team of testers in India. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for the testing lifecycle, ensuring quality, efficiency, and successful delivery of project milestones. The position also requires flexibility to support ad-hoc activities and initiatives within the client’s Center of Excellence (CoE). Essential Duties: • Lead and manage the execution of test scripts for SAP 4Hana and BlackLine systems, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. • Serve as the central point of contact for testing efforts, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates. • Create and manage testing project plans, tracking resources, deliverables, and risks. • Supervise a distributed team of testers in India, providing guidance, monitoring progress, and ensuring accountability. • Conduct regular status meetings, reporting progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders. • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure the accuracy and completeness of testing deliverables. • Maintain compliance with established testing standards and methodologies. • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and CoE initiatives related to SAP 4Hana and BlackLine. Qualifications: • 6-10 years of proven experience as a Testing Project Manager or Testing Lead with expertise in SAP 4Hana. • Strong project management skills, including test management tools and frameworks. • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing offshore teams. • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. • Experience in managing enterprise system testing, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. Skills and Job-Specific Competencies: • Hands-on experience with BlackLine modules, particularly the BlackLine Smart Close module. • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies. • Experience collaborating with teams in India or other international locations. Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion. Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to, education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training.
