As part of the Senior Leadership team, you will work closely with the executive team in all elements of this leadership role. The Vice President of Operations will manage all aspects of Technical Support, Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales Operations, and Internal IT. The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for maturing our technical support, customer success, and sales operations management processes to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. This person will also drive revenue growth in our professional services offerings. An ideal candidate will possess strong technical and organizational skills managing large scale operations & support organizations with excellent customer relationship skills. The Vice President of Operations should have the ability to influence decision making processes and work collaboratively with the Executive Leadership Team. We are looking for a candidate that has experience supporting similar software technology organizations selling B2B to medium and large enterprise and the entire K12 space.
