Insight Global Vice President of Property Management in Madison, Wisconsin

Job Description

Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a Vice President of Property Management for a direct hire opportunity in Madison, WI. This leader will oversee the operational and financial portfolio of properties within their main corporate and subsidiaries, which includes a group of 20 employees with 4 direct reports. Responsibilities include managing all residential and commercial property operations, overseeing leading strategies, maintenance programs, capital improvement and ensuring compliance is meeting regulations. From a financial standpoint, they will manage budgets, forecasting, and expenses to meet performance and revenue objectives. Lastly, they will cultivate and maintain a positive relationship with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders as the primary point of contact for all property related inquires or issues.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years in a leadership role in the property management field

 Demonstrated track record of success in overseeing residential and commercial portfolios.

 Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.

 Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, and employee management.

 Proficiency in property management software and financial analysis tools Plusses:

 Associate degree or bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration

 A valid WI Real Estate Broker's license, in good standing, or willing to obtain it. null
