Worker should be able to bend, stoop and stand on their feet for long periods of time.The employer will furnish, without charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required in the performance of the specified work. Workers will be charged for any willful damage or loss of such tools and equipment. Diversified crops: corn, beans, wheat, canola Workers may fill planters with seed from 50lb. Bags. Workers may operate equipment to prepare fields. Workers may spray crops for weeds and grass. Workers may apply water and fertilizers. Workers may restock trucks and equipment with seed bags. Workers may use equipment to prepare fields for planting. Workers may load and unload harvested crops for shipping and storage Hay & Straw: Workers may cut and bale hay, straw with equipment. Workers may load and unload bales onto trucks or wagons. Workers may load bales in barns for storage. Workers may load trucks for shipping. Workers may prepare fields for next crop. Other Related Duties: Workers may chop weeds from between plants with a hoe. Workers may remove tops and suckers from plants and apply side dressing.
