Job Title: Sales Compensation AnalystJob Description

Our client is undergoing an organization-wide SAP implementation with a go-live date of August 2025. They are transitioning from JDE to SAP and need assistance in preparing information during the loading phase within SAP. This move aims to consolidate and streamline data across various segments of the decentralized organization. The Sales Compensation Analysts will play an integral role in bridging the gap, synthesizing supply chain data, and loading it into the system. They will work closely with the Director to prepare and load data, primarily using Excel and PowerBI for data preparation and dashboard creation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, analysis, and administration of sales compensation programs.

• Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and HR/Legal teams to ensure accurate incentive plan administration, compliance, and results.

• Compile, calculate, and process commission and incentive pay for the business sales organization.

• Develop, maintain, and update systems and processes critical to reporting and tracking compensation metrics.

• Review and analyze sales compensation data, summarizing findings for management.

• Perform research and analysis to identify and resolve compensation discrepancies related to various financial and business partner data.

• Act as a subject matter expert on company sales commission and incentive policies.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide recommendations and solutions for improvements in executing sales compensation processes.

• Ensure plan documents, business rules, and other documentation are updated with the latest compensation rules and guidelines.

• Implement compensation plan documents and sales incentive training programs for plan participants.

• Monitor sales compensation program outcomes, ensuring adherence of participants and the effectiveness of plans.

• Support ad hoc projects and reports requested by sales management and corporate leadership, including quarterly projection files, financial accruals, compensation metrics, and trends.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of analysis experience.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Experience with PowerBI dashboards.

• Experience with supply chain data.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work through a data upload process.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote. The Sales Compensation Analysts will report to the Director of the project for the client's specific segment.
