Your role...

MIS, a ReSource Pro company, is seeking a Project Director responsible for managing multiple strategic initiatives within the MIS department, working closely with the Managing Director to deliver results. Your duties will include overseeing client acquisition, onboarding, relationship management, technology development, and program implementation. You will be expected to develop strong relationships with key areas of MIS, including underwriting, technology, regulatory policy operations, and accounting.

This is an onsite role based 100% in-office at the MIS office in Maitland, Florida. 

In 3 months you will...

  • Successfully lead project management for various internal and external initiatives, defining project scope, creating project plans, and ensuring milestones are met. Projects include  including new client onboarding, software development and integration projects, and internal process improvement initiatives.

  • Assist in the execution of strategic direction and continuous operational improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and profitability.

  • Build effective working relationships across departments, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Develop and maintain trusted partner relationships with clients to understand client’s unique business goals and activity. Leads regular meetings with client partners and key client contacts.

     

To be successful, you will need...

  • 5+ years' experience in P&C insurance with a focus on digital products, user experience and/or tech-focused role with increasing responsibility.

  • Leadership experience

  • Deep understanding of the insurance lifecycle from the carrier to the end user

  • Strong command of technology

  • Ability to plan for, lead, and manage change
